“priority parking very good . We had some items stolen from our apartment in Tenerife including exit card for parking but were dealt with veru efficiently and quickly at Aberseen so have only praise for your staff,many thanks will use priority parking again Norma J Fowler”

“Price was attractive as I booked online in advance The computer system was extremely poor. As instructed I a) collected a ticket on entry, and b) as I was leaving I approached the exit gate and inserted my ticket. Instead of recognizing my car number plate and allowing me to exit, the system demanded payment of twice what I had already paid. It took the gate assistant a good 5 minutes to verify that I had paid and to let me exit - by which time there were 20 cars waiting to exit as another customer had teh same problem. If you are going to rely on number plate recognition technology at least make sure it works!!!!”

“service was very good - a member of our party had reduced mobility and is unable to stand for very long - the fast track security was especially good for him even though he ended up having to go through the full scan.”

“The process was very straightforward, until leaving the car park. Having inserted my ticket at the barrier the machine said I had an outstanding amount to pay, not recognising I had prepaid. However, the person I spoke to through the intercom dealt with this swiftly. Good value deal.”

“The parking is very convenient. The only let down is the fact that you can't book a space online on the same day as you travel. I had to book a short notice trip, and couldn't book for the first day. I had to go into customer service to link my first day ticket to the one I'd purchased for the rest of the trip.”

“Extremely impressed, I didn't have to remember any codes or keep any q or bar codes to scan, very smooth.. I was a bit concerned when my flight was late in arriving back, but no hassle, straight in and straight out... will definately use it next time...”

“A disappointment I had was that I had to go to the car park booth to confirm that my ticket would allow me to exit the car park. I had booked my stay on line the previous day but the system did not recognize me by name as it normally does when I entered the car park. Subsequently, upon my return, I was charged a far higher rate for parking until I had made the trip to the booth to correct it. This defeats the convenience objective of an on-line booking.”
