“The price we paid was good, but when we arrived at the barrier, the ticket we were given had the wrong registration plate on it and we had to go to the machine to check if this would be a problem when we came back. We were advised, that all would be ok. When we came back from our holiday and we went to the exit barrier, it suggested that we had £184 to pay, when we had prepaid. We pressed the buzzer and after a few minutes they managed to get us out. Maybe you need to look at your registration plate recognition software”

“Very good service- didn't have to wait for taxis- easy parking- car park well lit even when I arrived back at 11 at night - also car park attendant present 24/7 if required assistance. very impressed”

“On arrival it was not clear that our booking had been recognised. I went and checked with the office. On departure the nearside barrier would not accept the ticket and we had to call for assistance. Assistance was prompt and we got out through the central barrier.”

“Was easy to book and good value. Accessing and leaving car park was good. Day we left car and the day we returned was very cold, snow and ice - underfoot was slippy - needed gritting. Shelters for waiting for pickup seemed scarce in the area where we parked and the access to them slippy/icy especially when pulling our cases. Pick up from Airport to car park was excellent. We did wait a while to be picked up and taken to the airport.”
