“Generally good Major on going issue is lack of provision of covered access to aircraft despite re cent comprehensive internal changes to terminal - very poor having to queue outside in cold wet conditions to board aircraft and also disembark in the wind and rain/snow This gives a very poor image of an international airport in this day and age, and requires urgent addressing”

“An excellent regional airport, which meets our needs perfectly. We can thus enjoy living here in the UK, but still able to make both short and long distance flights wherever needed. Car parking in front of the Terminal is extremely convenient for elderly passengers with no waiting for buses to remote parking.”

“Easy to get too, time from Long Stay parking to terminal short, and upgraded facilities have not only improved time through security, but also options and experience once through security.”

“Departure lounge is improving with the upgrades going on. still a long way to walk to the luggage carousels. Had booked weekend parking in the long stay carpark - good deal but took 2 phone calls and 15 min wait for the bus to appear at the terminal to pick us up. Left a sour taste after a lovely weekend away.”

“If they maybe take there prices down the car park would maybe get used, it was £31 for me to park and that wasn’t even for a day and the car park was pretty empty I think it’s just a rip off the prices they charge to park for a few hours.”

“I find your short stay car park very good. I always use it. There are several problems with the airport. Firstly, there are not enough seats at the various gates. Secondly, it is a long walk from the arrivals gate to the luggage place. Thirdly, there are not enough toilets. Fourthly, getting on the plane via steps is uncomfortable for many passengers - it would be best to be able to walk along a raised corridor to get into the plane - like you do at most airports.”

“Very annoyed. We thought we had pre booked same car park as previous visit...but on exit were told we were in wrong car park and ended up having to pay more money to be allowed out.”

“Problem with parking in the long stay car park, we were never told when we made the booking that the coutesy bus did not run at the time we parked the car-3.45am. Which meant we had to walk with our luggage to the terminal.”

“This is a useful service. The car part is pretty seriously overpriced so the option to get a substantial discount is welcomed. I like the way it works. The number plate recognition works very well and makes entering and exiting simple and quick. It’s a nice option to have. I will always use it in future.”

“Whilst booking in advance online was an easy process and cost effective, our flight was delayed and it cost us £35 to get our car out of the car park. To compare, we had a similar issue arriving into Edinburgh airport last year and there was no additional charge. Bahumbug Aberdeen airport!”
