“Booked on line, when I tried to leave the barrier did not open and said I had to pay forty eight pounds. Reversed from the barrier around all the cars and had to sort it out with the girl who was quite helpful however after travelling back to Aberdeen it is not what I wanted to be fighting up with. David”

“Booking the offer on line was easy and simple. The process of picking up the ticket on entry and not having to go to a machine to pay was great. I had a problem with my car (battery was flat) Two members of the car park staff came over and a Jump start kit was brought over. It did not work but not through any fault of theirs and I called the AA out. The staff ushered the AA guy into the car park and directed him to me and I eventually started the engine. The staff were first class! Well done. Unrelated: the only negative for that car park is forcing pick-up drivers into the car park so they have to pay for very short durations is a rip-off.”

“On the information it stated that the priority security lane could be used but no explanation as to how to use this was given. Also priority security should surely be given to all passengers in the vehicle - I'm hardly likely to use it and leave my wife and/or children to use the regular lane !”

“Priority Weekender is an excellent service which is let down by the access to and from the aircraft. You have the affrontary to call yourseves an international airport but provide a third rate service. The steps to the plane more often than not have no cover so you end up going up the steps very slowly being hit by what ever the Aberdeen weather chooses to throw at you. Arriving this past Sunday to be told that the steps had not been de-iced and that we had to take extra care as they were slippery. A huge accident claim waiting to happen. We have people arriving at Aberdeen from all over the world, what an embarrasment!”

“Catering: poor. Not much of anything was fresh; the croissants in particular would have been below par for a hospital or school canteen. Coffee ok. Ambiance: unevenly lit, old furniture; overall not more comfortable than the waiting area at the gate. No newspapers, just some piles of old magazines. For half the money, I could have enjoyed the "Big Breakfast" at the Globe café in Departures; this would have been better food in a more pleasant waiting area, with an equal provision of power sockets, free wifi, and television. That's definitely what I will do next time.”
