“It's a busy car park, however, booking on-line guarantees your place and the bus service is regular and the drivers are welcoming. I would have no hesitation in recommending this facility.”

“Lounge was very poor. Tables were full of dirty dishes. Lounge very untidy, tables dirty. Beer and larger unavailable. very poor range of snacks. Would have felt more comfortable in other lounges. Definitely will not be booking this again.”

“Easy to find a parking space and short distance from terminal. Good deal buying direct on the airport site. Only snag was that the ticket didn't work at the automated barrier at the exit and was asking for the full fee. A quick chat with staff via the intercom and someone came running and let me out after verifying my order that i thankfully had on my phone.”

“Very impressed with how easy it was to book and the price was reasonable for a weeks stay. The parking space was very close to the terminal and well sign posted. Also the barrier has number plate recognition which made entering and leaving the car park simple. Highly recommend”

“Attended the long stay car park and was directed to go to the short stay car park as despite booking early the long stay car park was full. Parked the car and went on our holiday. On return proceeded to the exit and was faced with a bill for £330. We reversed to the office where everything was sorted out. A bit of a scare.”

“I have used the long stay car park on several occasions and apart from the time I was not recognised by the computer booking system and could not get out after a delayed flight in the middle of the night, I have found the service excellent and the quick turnaround of the service bus to the terminal to be particularly reassuring. Even on the occasion of the computer error a member of the staff eventually drove to the gate to sort out the error at about 1.00 in the morning. With service like this I will have no hesitation in using the Long Stay car park again and would recommend it wholeheartedly.”

“Pity we can't exit without a visit to the kiosk to activate a ticket. Surely number plate recognition could work as it does on entry.”

“Booking and paying online. Car recognition on arrival and fast exit. 50m to the airport door and a cheaper price than the long-term car park. All made this a hassle free experience”
