Have been using lounge for several years and have to say that the standard has dropped. Variety of snacks is much reduced and the last 2 visits, we had to queue to get in

This is the first time i have used this service and over all it was fine however when i tried to leave my pre paid ticket was refused and i had to wait for the assistent to clear it for me, something i could have done without when all i wanted was to get home!!

Everything went without a hitch. We were delivered and collected as expected. Only observation I would make is that on return, driver was reluctant to stop adjacent to our car, saying he could allow passengers to get off at appointed place only . This despite his route passing close to the car. However, the main thing is that car was secure .

Walkways could be better ,lighting ,signage etc and surface could be smoother.

I say 'Normal' but only in the context of the UK's generally poor and 'rip off' attitude to services. Compared to countries such as Canada, UAE and Malayasia it is 'below expectation'.

I could not get out at the barrier, it took 10 minutes for the problem to be resolved, however I don't know what the problem was. I have parked here a several times now and the buses have taken a long time to pick up from the terminal back to the car park I now just walk

Had a problem at the barrier in which it was stating I owed money on my pre-paid ticket, however, problem was resolved swiftly by girl attending the car park and didn't delay me at all.

Excellent. Perhaps more overhead cover required in the near future. The park itself is in good condition. No complaints.

Despite booking/paying ahead to get the £2,00 discount, when i tried to leave the car park, the machine asked me for another £27. I then had to reverse from the barrier - awkward and dangerous, get out of my car and find someone to help. One guy was dreadfu, another very good. However, this hassle and delay (15/20 mins) is nit something I wanted after a very long day which had other stresses. i did wonder what the point of booking/paying ahead was - the extra stress and time wasted for me was not worth the £2 saving.
