“A little bit expensive, but great parking right at the airport door”

“Very easy process, it was easy to book and pay online. We had no problems entering the car park and finding a space and the buses were regular. Likewise when we returned, the buses were regular and we had no problems leaving the car park. I would use the service again and recommend it to others.”

“Well with the extra. Wider bays so no clunking of opening doors, covered (great for the winter) easy for late returnees like me and easy exit. Plus the advantage of priority security pass on busy days. Overall a good system.”

“A problem with ticket when leaving. Had pre paid for my stay but when I put the ticket in to exit it said I owed £246 and was unable to leave.had to then call for assistance and it was sorted but it was irritating”

“Parked at short stay car park for convenience. Having pre-paid they tried to charge me a further £22 to leave the car park. Customer service un-interested and unhelpful.”

“Why can't I book it even later? I want to be able to book a space for 6am the next day as late as 10pm the previous day ?”

“Transfers were fairly quick although there was no one there when we arrived and we had to ring to find out where bus was. In comparison to others I have used a good service.”

“Easy to access and very quick transfers to the terminal. Did not have to wait long for the shuttle buses in both directions, which was great.”

“Reasonable value for booking in advance and no problem finding space on first level. On other occasions when picking up arriving passengers the £1.00 initial charge should have an extended time period due to the time it can take passengers to retrieve their bags from the bagage reclaim. Parking charges increase quite rapidly once the short initial period has been exhausted.”
