When we first arrived to your servisair lounge I was attended to a young girl who was obviously new in the job or very poorly trained in customer services When I offered her my name and booking confirmation she could not find either and when repeated the confirmation number three times and showed her the email confirmation on my phone. (I didn't print it off), things did not get any better, then your manager or next in charge arrived she was rude impertinent and thoroughly embarrassed myself and my wife by way of basically accusing me of trying to trick my way into the lounge , eventually when she stopped talking over the top me she eventually realised that I had paid and allowed us into your hallowed turf. The facilities were poor in relation to others I have used in the past and I was not in impressed at all with hospitality services in aberdeen airport at all perhaps you should refresh your staffs training as I think it is badly needed. Booking was easy and straight foward, car park was easy to find with clear signage. Finding a parking space needed a bit of doing, it was very full but no real problems, it was a bit of a hike to the bus stop though with luggage, maybe a couple of stops set around the site would be handy for those with lots of luggage/mobility problems? Cost for the time we were away was fine and compares favourably with other such sites. Drivers on the buses were pleasant and willing to offer help with bags. One question, not just about Aberdeen but all long stay car parks. Do you specify that the buses must be bone shakers with the same rattles as all other airports because no one has vehicles which are smooth and quiet? That would be a huge step forward in these days when flying is no longer any sort of an adventure for which people don't mind some inconvenience/discomfort. Modern flying is a torture where the term 'cattle class' is only too appropriate too often regardless of the hassles of security, rip off pricing in terminals and rubbish food on aircraft (if there is any at all). It's a shame that those problems extend even to the long stay car parking! Otherwise flying from Aberdeen for the first time was a positive experience and we would use the airport again quite happily.

It was painless and hassle free and also close to the terminal. One change I would make however is to add the following to your print out email details. "Prior to exiting the car park you need to validate your pre-booked ticket at the Customer Office".

We parked here due to having young children but at £75 for Fri-Mon I really feel they should have cheaper parent & child spaces.

On arrival at start of my trip I found it difficult to know from where the courtesy bus would pick me up or whether I had to go to go to a place near the gate. At other airport long stay car parks the bus comes every few minutes and stops at the numbered & marked bus shelters throughout the car park. However, this did not seem to be the case at Aberdeen. Also I had to call for assistance on departure as the barrier at the exit failed to open when I inserted my ticket in the machine. Otherwise I was quite satisfied.

Good service. However, i had to change cars on the day and trying to amend booking on line did not prove possible. Therefore, i phoned which was fine but the system did not cope with the change when i turned up 3 hours later. Still i was not inconvenienced.
