“We paid in advance for the Priority Car Park, as we have done before without problem. On our return and picking up tge car all weng well until we got to the exit barrier of the main car park. On putting the ticket into the machine it advised that there was £277.00 to pay! I used the call button, explained the situation and it was resolved and we were released. Luckily there were no other cars behind as it took a few minutes. Not ideal. The car park itself is great.”

“Domestic baggage reclaim is a bit of a joke, walk the length of the airport after arrival and the double back on yourself after collecting baggage but quicker than it was.”

“Easy access to the long term car park and good shuttle service. Returning was easy with the prepaid parking with the barriers lifting on recognising the car.”

“Despite having prepaid our parking in advance we were once AGAIN prevented from leaving the car park because the system did not recognise we had prepaid and was demanding £160. This is the second time this has happened to us.”

“Excellent, my return flight was late but there was no hassle getting my car out of the car park. The mini bus driver was very helpful, on pre and post flights.”

“Great. Small but efficient and everything you need. I bought an Apple watch from the electronic shop there and the guy was incredibly helpful and gave me lots of great advice.”

“Very angry on arrival to find out we booked car in for 3am only to be told by a very rude curt man we would have to wait in the cold & drizzly weather there was no bus to take us to airport till 4 am why accept booking for 3am???....on return journey driver more interested in waiting for airport staff to get on bus waiting for them to finish there shift and get a seat nearest the exit opposite the luggage area making it difficult to to get luggage in & out then stopped at area before car park making sure he got staff as close to there cars as possible little concern for the paying passengers who'd been traveling most of the day & just wanted home!.... Would I recommend or use car park again myself I think NOT!!!!!”

“The convenience and quality of the service is undeniable, I use the short term car park when traveling with work on early flights when I an there and back on the same day. For any private journeys the car park is cost prohibitive even when traveling with work. Some of the near by car parks a a fraction of the cost and a much better option.”

“Very disappointed - returned to find our vehicle damaged!! Contacted you to enquire on cctv - was told there was none - consequently this has not just cost the parking but our excess as well - would neither use you again nor recommend”
