good price entry and parking very good exit very poor 12 min to get out same as last time. said i was to pay £223 attendent was helpfull but took ages to find booking on system

The tariff is too expensive, I started to come to the Airport with the Taxi. Camera system doesn't recognise my number plate. Bus service was good. Thanks Fabio Cappuccio

My husband's flight was delayed and there was nowhere to wait other than the short stay car park. I paid a lot of money and took a few rounds of the car park to get a space!

Back in January 2014 I booked and paid for a week's short stay in June having booked a weeks's holiday flying from Aberdeen airport. Unfortunately I made an error on the return date when booking, putting a Saturday rather than a Sunday. This was purely my mistake, but in was very disappointed that 1. That I had to pay an excessive additional £22 on top of what would have otherwise been a very reasonable cost £40 & 2. There was total indifference & lack of sympathy from the car park attendant as to my problem. So this turned what would have otherwise been a good value for money and positive experience into once which was not.

Didn't get confirmation email, so concerned that parking may not be properly booked, even though fee has been taken through credit card.

Expensive. It is often cheaper to travel by taxi than to use the car park.

There deal is ok if you dont have to change your booking. I had to change daye by 1 day and got charged an extra £30 approximately. If you leave late youget charged which is fair enough but if you leave early theres no refund! So buyer beware!

Lounge was very poor. Tables were full of dirty dishes. Lounge very untidy, tables dirty. Beer and larger unavailable. very poor range of snacks. Would have felt more comfortable in other lounges. Definitely will not be booking this again.

Pity we can't exit without a visit to the kiosk to activate a ticket. Surely number plate recognition could work as it does on entry.

I was in a rush to get to my plane so I have decided to purchase priority security so I can go through faster. For some reason, everytime I fly from Aberdeen airport there tends to be massive queues of people waiting for security check. It seems to me that it either doesnt work as efficient or may be it needs expansion due to a higher influx of passengers. The experience of buying priority security has been rather uncomfortable since I was told to do it from my phone and the website didnt seem to be optomised for mobile devices therefore it was hard to navigate. Therefore I ended up selecting the wrong date and not getting the ticket that I needed. Moreover, when I have tried to purchase another ticket for the right date, I have encountered errors on the website that didnt allow me continue to purchase the ticket. Luckily enough the staff who checks for passports and boarding passes were understanding my situation and with apologies let me through prority security.

Paid on my card but when I tried to leave the car park my ticket was not accepted. Had to use the unintelligible intercom system. Turned out that the computer system had failed when I demanded an explanation. Was delayed by 20 mins and received no apology from the intercom guy. In short not fit for purpose.

There's no point in having a priority lane if the trays in which you have to place your carry-on, coats etc. run out and aren't replaced.

It is just a parking place, but then a very expensive one. You get charged for full days, irrespective and the rate is high. There is nothing that you get in return. No special security and a high chance on getting rained on when going from and to the car. Poor by all means.

Had to pay another day's car parking as flight was cancelled. No one was on duty at the barriers 21 May 2014 at 10.40am so had to use the intercom system, not satisfactory. Had to move car twice and ended up at barrier nearest to the office. eventually a member of staff appeared at about 10.55am and provided assistance.

Issue with car (and therefore booking) not being recognised on arrival. It meant a delay on departure from the car park. Delay after coming out of airport and joining queue for transport to car park. Several people phoned for bus but it was at least 25 mins before a taxi came to take us to our car. A driver hadn't turned up for work! A disappointing service all-in-all.

Despite pre paying for the priority car park, on inserting our ticket in the machine to exit, the barrier would not open and it said we had an overdue amount I'd £142 to pay. We pressed the call button and eventually it was answered . The guy went to check then raised the barrier before saying sorry. I emailed customer complaints and was not really satisfied with the answer of this sometimes happens with mechanical things.........
