“Entering the car park is by a very long and circuitous route - I felt like I'd driven half a mile before I could park. Could you not offer a short cut from the entrance into the outdoor car park? The internet pre booking worked very well. However, the internet booking site is quite primitive. In particular, I need to change my registered email address and I was told I can only do this by re-registering (why can't you offer an update profile facility like other providers?). I've done this but the old address keeps popping up - how can I get rid of it? Finally I'm not impressed with your pricing which is all over the place.”

“Just turned up . Parked the car. Bus was waiting , within 5minutes set off to airport. Very short journey. On our return . Turned up within 5 minites. No complaints at all. All very positive.”

“There wasn't a lot of spaces the day we arrived but after we parked the shuttle bus was there within a minute and on return had about two minutes to wait and the traffic was light”

“Could not get out through barrier machine said I had to pay £44. I had already paid online. I then had to reverse back for a space so I could see the attendant. I could have been half way home if this didn't happen.”

“Generally works well, Would be good if you could book online up to 2-3 hours before departure rather than 24 hours.”

“Spaces are wider and there are enough free. Cost was worth it. Access to the priority lane to baggage search was denied by the airport staff on the grounds that he had never heard if it before despite the poster saying so behind them. It does NOT mention this access on the parking print out.”

“Very easy to use from start to finish. Great deal on line. Plenty of spaces in carpark. Bus waiting arrived at airport within minutes. Bus waiting on arrival back at airport back at car within minutes. Would use again”

“Very good price of £30 for parking just across from the terminal exit from Friday AM to Sunday PM. Minor comment - I would have liked more detailed instructions on how the pre-paid process worked when arriving at the Short Stay Parking and when exiting the parking.”
