“Signposting to the car park is poor. Parking spaces are narrow making it difficult to access luggage from a partially opened door. Also know there is a risk of neighbouring car door denting yours. A long wait for the bus to collect me to take me to the airport. On return the service was worse! A cold, dark and miserable evening where I struggled to find the phone to call for the courtesy bus, followed by a wait in the cold for the bus. Delivered to the parking area with absolutely no guidance as to whereabouts the bus had stopped. The bus driver got off the bus and I had to chase him to find out where I might find the zone where my car was - no guidance while driving. He pointed to a lamppost in the distance and suggested I started walking (in the cold and dark with luggage). Parking area is VERY poorly lit and surrounded by industrial units - I did not feel safe. Tightly parked and the number of potholes and poor lighting combined to make it difficult to manoeuvre around the car park, when I finally got the car sufficiently warmed up and defrosted to drive. Would never use again.”

“Booking not registered when arriving, had to contact assistance to enter car park. On exit, first ticket machine did not work. Second machine stated over £140 to pay (with a prebooked ticket). Eventually resolved. The human part was very good, but they should not have been needed to intervene!”
