“Pity the special weekend rate did not cover Sat-Mon”

“Number plate recognition worked well for the pre-booking, the bus was timely. Best of all I had a flat battery in my return and the nice lady attendant had a power pack to get me on my way with minimum delay.”

“When plans are changed, it is not possible to change charge for parking. Really annoying. Also, the cost is now so high, that it is cheaper to take a taxi to/from the airport”

“The bus takes a long time to come when called from the terminal end. (Longer than a full circuit even assuming it had just left!) Not good when it is freezing cold”

“The normal short stay service is good, only issue I have is with the Priority Service where you have to confirm the booking before being let through the barrier. Surely the Priority Service should be better than standard, any advantage of being closer is nullified by the wait on departure.”

“The parking location is very convenient with just a short walk to the terminal building. I also appreciate the wide parking bays as there's nothing more frustrating than trying to remove luggage from a car when you can't fully open the doors! However, I'm always frustrated that, when you attempt to leave the car park, the barrier never opens and says that you "owe" the full amount. This is even when you have pre-booked online and pre-paid. Although the car park attendants are very helpful, this delay is quite frustrating, particularly when there's a queue of other cars delayed behind you.”

“we had a problem on the way out my ticket had the wrong registration on it (out by one digit) however i spoke to someone remotely and resolved the problem? we were however delayed for approximately 15 min getting out of the car park.”
