“Arrived on specified time to aprk car in one of the disabled driver slots adjacent to bus stand in park. Was delighted to get help from bus driver staff to mange our luggage car to bus, and also for help to download luggage on bus arrival at Airport Terminal. On our return from holiday we were delighted to again find help from bus staff to upload luggage fro trip back to Long Stay car park, where once more we were helped to get luggage downloaded off of the bus and into our car. Bus was prompt time wise both to and from the terminal. Further the staff were pleasant. In all a very good service which made our travels so much easier. Congrats on a very good service. “Good to be so close to airport and the special price was an advantage. Minor bad thing is that the doors to the lifts are a challenge when using a trolley as they are not electric.”

“Only one small issue. Previous use of the system - on entering at the barrier the ticket dispensing unit displayed a "Welcome Mr Fraser" on the screen. My latest visit did not do so which made me think my reservation had not been recorded. All was however in order when leaving on my return from my trip.”

“Car left in Short Stay Carpark for the duration of our holiday just across the road from the Terminal building.Very convenient,no waiting for the Long Stay Bus.”

“I generally use the short stay car park for convenience and by booking in advance, enjoy a discount. I was very pleasantly surprised to get the week for £44.99 which is very good value. In the same session I booked a 4-day car park ticket Thursday-Sunday and it was £51.99. Still a discount, but!!!”

“Great service, parked very close to the terminal in a secure location. The priority security was a great bonus and worth the price for an easy experience getting to the airport and through to departures.”

“Easy access, clearly marked and more space than normal in the parking bays. Less crowded too. Expensive but a good choice if you have a need for quick access to the terminal, also slightly quicker through Security.”
