Excellent value indeed! Also the service received when my ticket would not be accepted on exit resolved quickly and without fuss.

We arrived at the Long Stay car park at 4.30am and as we were walking towards the waiting bus (quite visible to the driver) he drove off! On return a few days later at 10pm we called the bus driver from the Long Stay phone outside the terminal and it took him 15 minutes to come - it was very cold and there was six people waiting one of whom called the driver again during that time. Expensive for a bad service!

Fairly easy to find a space but better signage would be good in relocating your vehicle having been away. Flowers or something similar would be easier to remember. Transfer service went well.

Convenient parking, although difficult if you are on the upper deck getting a trolley through the door to lift area. Also would be good to have SMS confirmation.

I park in Priority Parking because of the wider bays and the discounts available for advanced bookings.

There shold be a sign stating that if you have pre-paid, you just use your entrance ticket to leave the carpark. The entrance ticket has the registration number of your car.

Bus didn't turn up after waiting 20 minuets, had to run half way and jump in a taxi to ensure I made my checkin.

When leaving car park put ticket in and it said I owed think it was about £86 I had already paid in advance so had to re-park car and go to the ticket office lets hope you haven't charged me twice as I haven't checked my visa statement yet as I'm overseas. This always happens when I leave the airport and it's enoying as I have to leave a child in the car to go and see about them letting me out of the car park this is about the 4rth time this has happened. Generally a good service from using your Aberdeen Airport short stay car park. The price was on the high side. Main observation: After an easy entrance to the car park via the traffic barrier vehicle number plate recognition system, it was then difficult and confusing to follow the many different signs to the car park of my choice. I would suggest a "colour coding" system would be far more User Friendly. Another car in front of me also had difficulty in finding the long route to the short stay area. The traffic barrier is right beside the short stay car park but to gain entry I had to travel a long way around the multistory building to get access to where I finally had to park.

Overall the service was good. Easily found a space and the bus was round very quickly to pick me up. On my return the only problem was not being able to get out and the machine requesting money. Luckily the woman on duty manage to resolve this quite quickly and I was on my way in 5 mins

As i left the car park I was stopped at the barrier and was informed that I had not paid, I had paid in advance. I had to reverse and park and go to the booth to be informed that I had indeed paid - which I knew and that there was a computer problem. Not good enough - if you sell something as priority then you need to deliver the service.

Good value for money, the only minor aspect was leaving ,it did take a few minutes to get out of the car park. With answering the call, then checking the information and then confirming it with me. All The Best, Ashley Walker

I have used priority parking a couple of times and find it a bit frustrating that on a number if occasions I have had to reverse from the exit Barrier to return to the ticketing office to rectify the ticket as I am always charged more that what has been pre-payed.

All went well and smooth. However, it was not clear to me how to check out. I was under the impression that my car being recognised by the camera on entry, it would do so on exit as well. This was not the case, causing some confusion on the way out. In the end the operator managed to set me free. It was my first time, so that did not help likely.

For shortish stay and very early morning flights it is a good option as you can do away with bus transfers and so on... Still think parking at Aberdeen International Airport to be quite expensive though!
