“When we went to leave the car park the ticket asked for a payment of double what we had already prepaid! Had to get help from attendant to rectify this matter which is not ideal late at night when you just want to get home.”

“Straight forward. No need to pay at machine or to have the ticket checked anywhere. Seems more pricey than I expected, but it did offer rapid access to the airport without the need of a transfer bus - useful for when time is tight. Plenty spaces in the car park.”

“Brilliant for the inevitable wait around the airport. Fantastic price considering you'd get 2 drinks for that within the airport itself. Calm atmosphere, free WiFi and a fantastic range of drinks. I visited the lounge again the following week when I was on another flight from Aberdeen airport amd we have recommended it to family and friends”

“I was greeted into the lounge by the Supervisor, who was very pleasant. She helped me and my girlfriend check into the lounge. The lounge staff were very helpful, asked us if we were managing to find everything alright, explained where certain things were located with in the lounge, gave me the internet password ect. I would highly recommend that when going on holiday, that people book in to this lounge. It is very busy but well worth the money for a comfortable seat.”

“I had a query because I wasn't sure whether I need to pay for my 20 month old daughter or not. I sent a text message to 80800 and got a kind answer. I'm happy with your system overall but there is a point you can improve it. If you put a short comment(such as 'under 2 years old baby is free of charge') below the drop down menu which is used by customer to select the number of passengers, it would be quite clear.”

“I was under the impression I had booked a weekend special, however when the booking came through it only charged me for one days parking and I couldn't cancel or rebook so ended up having to pay full rate for two days parking. Rubbish.”

“Convenient and pick up was quick coming and going, the long stay bus driver could have been a bit more cheerful though. This is only the second time we have used the long stay car park so difficult to compare with other car parks.”
