“It worked very well, and no extra time really suing the long stay parking, so i was very happy with this. Of course i will challange the cost of this, i payed around 44 GBP, for 5 days. For comparison a taxi from my house is around the same amount back and forth, so if i have to stay longer at parking, it is more ecomomical for me to take a taxi.”

“Booking the car park was straight forward. Entrance to car park including getting the parking card and finding a space OK however on our return the barrier on the way out would not accept that we had paid and therefore did not open. The office was unmanned. The number to call for assistance should be beside the barrier and should be well lit as we had to repark our car and find the contact number. The assistance was slow despite us having all the required information so we were disappointed with the service and the delay this caused.”

“Really very good,picked up straight away and on return phoned for bus and it arrived promptly. Driver gave us good instructions for our return he was very Curtiss.”

“I was disappointed that there weren't any contact details on the website to call the car park. I had been stuck in Aberdeen traffic for 50 mins and looked as if i might miss my flight, so I had wanted to call ahead to see if I could upgrade to the short stay car park to save me time. But looking on the website I couldn't find any phone details. I then went into manage my booking and there wasn't any way to upgrade my booking once it had been made. It would be useful to put on your website that at peak traffic times in Aberdeen that it can take 40-60 mins longer to get through coming from the south side. I had travelled up from Edinburgh. With the size of the city you don't expect to have this amount of delay. It took me 30 mins to get through one round about from joining the queue. Other than that it was a good experience.”

“It worked well. The only thing we weren't sure about was whether we could just drive out or whether I had to do something with our ticket and the payment machine. I spoke to someone on the intercom who was very helpful and I learned that the ticket had enough information on it, including my vehicle reg, to just drive out. I imagine that there are people who end up putting their ticket in the machine.”
