“There were spaces available and could be found easily, however I would have likd to have areas for families as it was a bit narrow the places to park and difficult to put baby in and out the car.”

“First use of this parking found the bays of good size, only thing I had pre-paid but was stopped at barrier and was requested for payment but good response from attendant.”

“The exit procedure ie.the requirement to have your ticket endorsed before exit removes most of the benefits due to the extra time it takes to stop at the office and then exit.Also the need to book two days when only one is required.”

“Never had any problems in this car park. On one occasion, I lost my ticket for the car park. The attendant was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly.”

“Did not appreciate being informed at the exit that I was due 230+ pounds. The computer recognised my car at the entry gate so why not the exit. This has happened before.”

“On using the short stay holiday special parking for the first time, I managed to get mixed up on arrival home by inserting my prepaid parking card in the pay slot in the machine. Panic followed, but thankfully, help was quite fast and efficient and I was allowed to exit without having to repay! Will make sure I check the procedure before my next visit. Apart from my incompetence, it was excellent being able to park so close to the airport.”

“It was a great service it all worked without any hitching which was great after a long journey home with lots of changes etc, nice to end the trip with an easy departure from the airport.”
