Decent price and the car park is right outside the terminal building, so very handy. The automatic ticket machine didn't recognise my booking on the way out, but I pressed the assistance button and it was sorted quickly.

Booked online, but due to some error at carpark end, there was no note of our booking. The 'faceless' voices we had to deal with at the barrier were less than helpful as English was their second language. We were eventually told to press the button for a ticket and sort it out on our return - only to find the barrier was not functioning! This was not a good start to our holiday. On return we went to the Customer Services Office only to find that it was unmanned and yet again had to speak to a 'faceless' voice. Yet again, we were not on the system and had to explain everything that we had gone through on arrival. Eventually, after a long wait, the barrier was opened when we put the ticket in - not impressed at all!!

When I arrived, the on-line booking would not allow me to enter. When leaving, the machine tried to charge me twice (for something I has already paid for on-line). Very unhappy about this.

I booked online and received an email with a code number (D1212) which I thought I would have to enter into some machine at some point. However this didn't happen. When I arrived at the Short Stay car park the machine at the barrier issued me with a ticket, which I held onto until we had returned from our holiday. However I found that I didn't know what I was supposed to do when I returned to the car. The Pay machines didn't seem relevant as they didn't have any kind of keyboard to enter the D1212 code. What I had to do was go to the Customer Service kiosk in the car park to ask for instructions, and I was told that I just need to to enter the ticket into the machine, and then enter it again when I was exiting the car park. I feel it would have made more sense to advise me exactly what I would have to do in the email, but the email was not helpful at all, in fact I'd go so far as to say it was totally misleading. This was the only time that I have ever used the Short Stay car park at the airport, and I was left feeling confused from arriving until leaving which doesn't seem right. Furthermore there was no contact details within the email. Overall I would say that some effort should be made to communicate with customers in a way which leaves them knowing exactly what they should expect from arriving to departure from the car park.

Good recognition by system for vehicle registration, sadly only available option for a Thursday tea time to Friday afternoon seemed to be a weekend special at £20 plus. Not the best value.

The process just worked. Arrived, the car was recognised, got parked and the bus arrived in less than 2min. The return was equally straight-forward, bus waiting at terminal and left car park without any fuss.

Bit of an issue getting in & out, had to call attendant both times.

Prepaid, when ticket inserted on exit I was told I was due to pay another £46! Barrier has to be opened by attendant.

Using the short stay car park was very easy to do. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Car park is great and easy to park in even with a big car like my one. Easy to book on line and will definitely use again!

Be good to add PayPal to the payment options which would save time when booking

It was ok although the two women at the front desk could have been more welcoming.

Can't even get the billing correct! At the exit barrier, I was presented with message that there was £184 to pay, despite having a pre-paid ticket. Yes, the attendants managed to sort it out, but only after delay and inconvenience. How hard can it be to get a computer billing system that works?

After waiting half an hour in que thats was up past the toilets on right as you walk down to security desk, seen poster for priority, paid for priority and ended up standing 25mins in that que got through, security que's and speed was worst i have seen in any airport! More money should be spent on that instead of spending money upgrading the outside look of building!

The number plate recognition camera is an excellent aid in the parking process: setup your parking on line, turn up, take your ticket and park. Couldn't be simpler. Staff, including the shuttle bus driver, all very friendly and helpful. Good rate when booked in advance.
