“The service worked reasonably well and saved me a probable 30 minute queue in the normal security line and therefore allowed me to catch my flight. I bought the service on line while at the airport as it wasn't clear how to make the purchase via the machines at the terminal (one of which wasn't working anyway). As a Sky Priority member on Skyteam it is very annoying that this status doesn't give automatic priority security access at ABZ but this is maybe an airline rather than an airport issue.”

“The rates and the process are excellent and trouble free. I always book in advance now when travelling from Aberdeen. My only gripe is having to validate the ticket on exit. An important aspect of using priority is to be able to exit with little delay. In contrast to booking and entering the car park, the exit is clunky. you have to queue at the office to validate your ticket before you can get through the barrier. On my last visit that took 15 mins which is too long. Great service but the exit process need to be as somooth as the entry.”

“Hi Parking is handy and on line system very good The only thing for me is the full day charge of par of a day If I go 30 minutes into the next day I have to pay the FULL amount, in my opinion this is a complete rip off Why do you do this, apart from getting extra free money. Parking place will be taken so double charges I doubt you will bother to reply Respectfully Submiited Jim Sugden”

“Smooth service as normal, once a space was found, bus was there to transfer to airport, again on return, exit the airport bus transfer there, no waiting about for it. Only down side was looking for a parking space, with having with a larger vehicle the parking spaces are a bit crammed at times, especially trying to get kids out and in the vehicle.”

“Have used this twice and on both occasions, I found the staff, at the initial point of showing my pass and boarding card very abrupt. When putting my bag etc through the scanner, staff were very helpful.”

“Made mistake of trying to pre-book a full day for less than a day's use. Costs for over running pre-booked time are so punitive I wanted to avoid over run. Unfortunately I ended up paying almost twice a much as I needed even after "discount". Regular user of this airport and not uncommon to find distressed lone female passengers in tears as car park attendants ruthessly apply short stay prices when over run occur. Recent cost changes mean short stays of less than a week at the long stay car park are now very expensive too. Overall value for money and flexibility is very poor”

“Very easy system regular busses and frankly with the way cars have to stay to the left coming out of the main carpark I think it is probably easier to get out of the Airport from Long Stay!”

“I must be one of hundreds of people who inform you that it would be good to have a separate exit from this car park and why oh why do we have to go to the booth outside for them to validate the ticket!! so we can get out You have our credit card information you have the time we left by the machine at the barrier, so if you are owed any monies you can just debit the card for the difference.”

“Booked online which made it much cheaper. pitched up on day, entry barrier recognised car and welcomed me by name, issued ticket and opened barrier. No problem with parking close to terminal. Simples.”

“Good Price, exactly the same as the long stay when booked in advance for the weekend and allows parking at the terminal building saving valuable time. Only issues was ticket would not work on exit but was easily sorted at the office in 5 minutes.”

“Good value. Pity the system didn't issue ticket automatically when arriving at the barrier. Had to get attendant to issue ticket and even then ticket appeared with wrong registration number printed on it.”
