“Easy to use, close to the airport with regular bus service. The spaces are large enough that damage from car doors is unlikely. They use number plate recognition so once booked you drive in collect the ticket and park, when you leave just use the ticket to raise the barrier and drive off, simple.”

“Secure parking with adequate spacing to allow access and egress from vehicles with baggage. Improvement to service would be for the free bus to be waiting outside of terminal to meet each flight, especially where car parking has been booked in association with scheduled flights. Other than that I would certainly recommend the use of this facility when travelling away from the airport.”

The lounge was untidy, dirty, and completely lack atmosphere. There were two staff on who clearly were blind to the empty cups, glasses, dirty bottles, and rubbish lying on every surface. The lighting and environment was not conducive to working and so I sat and watched TV which I consider completely unproductive and not what I booked for. I will not be booking this lounge again.”

“A very good would have been given except that on the Friday night (at the correct time) the automated system would not let me out. The staff were helpful but it took nearly ten minutes to raise the barrier. Otherwise, entry was good and the bus service was excellent.”
