“Wasn't 100% happy there were no spaces at first and had to wait and then reverse to get space ? Unsure what have happened had I not waited, as no spaces were available.”

“It is great to be able to pre-book parking for a longer stay in the short term parking. The short term parking is very close to the terminal building and not a bus ride away like the long term parking.”

“Expensive parking like most things in Aberdeen. I thought £10 per day was expensive until I parked in the long stay car park which was £25 looking for cheaper parking in future.”

“The two ladies who were on duty had been working all day without getting any help but despite the lounge being very busy the night we were there and our flight being delayed they were very helpful. Thanks to them for making our visit an enjoyable one.”

“Arrived at at barrier and Number plate recognition did not read the plate and issue a ticket. Contacted the person through the intercom. Poor quality communication ended with me still at the barrier. Tried again but no success, left car and walked to the attendant's office with my booking reference eventually I got my ticket at the barrier and entered the car park. Not the service I expected when trying to catch an early morning flight.”

“The long stay system arranged online worked perfectly. On arrival the barrier opened immediately upon recognising the car registration number and the ticket was taken. On departure, the ticket opened the barrier. The transit bus arrived within a couple of minutes both at airport arrival and coming home. All in all an efficient and pleasant service which we will certainly use again. Thank you!”
