“We use this service because the cost is equal to, or often less than, the return taxi fare. Booking online costs less than paying at the gate and there is the pleasing feature of being greeted by name at the entry barrier. We especially value this service when returning late on a cold winter's night when there are passengers from at least two other flights competing for the taxi rank. We have also used the long stay facility, which is good value for the price. We will certainly use the short stay weekender service again.”

“Very good value, very convenient and arrival and departure at the car park was efficient and as described. It was wonderful to walk straight out to our waiting car with no need to pay at machine or queue for a taxi. Highly recommend this car park at the special price we paid.”

“I normally fly from Edinburgh or Glasgow with no hassles leaving the car park on departure . Aberdeen however I got to the gate with my car to be greeted with £156 bill and told to repark . Attendant finally answered the call button and lifted the barrier . But why this happened after I had already pre booked Is beyond me, as I never have any problems in other airport car parks .”

“Great booking online good price easy to park,however when we returned we spent ages trying to get out as our ticket which was placed on the dashboard had faded with the sun.we spoke to two or three people thru your phone system before they would open the barrier to let us out although they had our reference number and new our name and we had paid online not a very happy end and did the staff no service at all”

“Need to have a better link to late flights to save hassle at the gate when leaving. My flight was 30 min late and although helpful I had to try and justify why I was late leaving and why I hadn't allowed more time to exit!”

“This was the most straightforward way to leave the car at the airport in a safe environment with the convenience of being very close, in walking distance actually, to check-in. Driving up to the barrier, taking a ticket on arrival, then driving up to the barrier at the exit, and putting the ticket into the slot on departure - easy as pie! The fact that a special offer was on at the time made the deal even better!”

“Everytime I try to show my receipt or proof of purchase. The staff becomes agitated or confused. Should I stop showing the proof and just immediately show my boarding pass? Does it show up that I have this priority when my boarding pass is shown?”

“I prepaid for the parking but at the exit the machine by the barrier did not accept my ticket. It took several conversations with, and many attempts by, an operator to get the barrier lifted. Several times the ticket was thrown out of the machine, which meant that I had to reverse the car, fetch the ticket in heavy rain and drive back to the barrier. Also, I find the parking charges to be extortionately high, it is a form of legalised robbery. It has now got close to the point where the parking charges are higher than the cost of the flight, and that includes a hefty Air Passenger Duty. Welcome to Rip-Off Britain!”

“Process worked great for me right up until the point I inserted the ticket to leave the car park, still within my prepaid period. At that point a message came up on the screen advising I had an additional £85 to pay! at 10.30pm on a Friday night after 8 hours travelling this is not what you want. To be fair, once I hit the call button and explianed the situation, the young lady on the other end managed to override the system and raise the barrier within a couple of minutes (she had all the deatils on screen I suppose). However, not a great introduction to using the "Priority" parking.”
