“It was all as planned and no issue.”

“The bus needs to have a quicker turnaround. Upon arrival at the airport my husband had to bang loudly on the bus to awaken the driver who was taking a nap. Upon return it was not straightforward leaving the car park and we had to contact staff to assist so that we could exit.”

“Easy to access car park, very close to the airport with a bus waiting at drop off to take us to the airport. Just a quick call from the courtesy phone to arrange a return pick up which arrived within minutes. The deal was purchased early which made it very cheap, cheaper than getting a taxi to and from Aberdeen city centre!”

“The pre-booking price of just over £50 for eight days was really good, Not very pleased about getting held up at the exit barrier while we discussed with the office attendant why we did not need to pay the £207.88 as we had pre-booked. We were let through pretty quickely without a problem. It does beg the question why your computer system did not recognise the pre-booking when we entered with the car registration that had been used in the pre-booking? This seems to work OK at Edinburgh and Glasgow -or perhaps this is yet another 'wonder' of Aberdeen International Airport!!”

“This car park is way to expensive to leave your car for any more than 1 day. You need yo look at both Edinburgh and Glasgow where prices are better and more realistic. The fact that I could not get out of the barrier without having to contact your control room was very frustrating and disappointing I would not recommend thiis facility to anyone and will be reluctant to use in the future”

“Very convenient,especially when you prepay online. All went smooth, car was recognized by plate number. Bus availabilyty very good. When I parked my car, the bus picked me up in less than 1 min. Late arrival - no problem,just use yellow phone and bus pick you up in few moments. Bus drivers were really nice and helpful. Easy park, easy go - I recomend long stay parking and will use it again.”

“Good value especially as we are an hours' drive from the airport and taxis would be out of the question. The online booking is straightforward. We will always consider booking in advance for a good deal.”

“We were delighted with this service. Knowing that the car was safe and secure and that we would have access to it easily on our return to Aberdeen.We used the special telephone when we arrived back from Germany and the bus picked us up in minutes. The driver was very polite and helpful. We would definitely use this service again and would recommend others to use it too.”
