“Was good and would recommend it, only negative was that car park was busy and so had to park outside the multi-storey”

“I usually book in advance however it would also be helpful if we could book in advance on the SAME day as travel. It would also be advantageous to have pay points in the terminal so that you can pay for your parking while waiting for luggage if appropriate. The parking charges are far too expensive.”

“The only concern was on entering the Priority parking area there were only 2 spare spaces, if i had to exit and find a place in the general car park this would have made me quite unhappy and could have delayed my flight connection.”

“I book online and that is easy, parking is very good, my only criticism is exit arrangements having paid in advance it will not accept the ticket and I always have to ring for help”

“My husband's flight was delayed and there was nowhere to wait other than the short stay car park. I paid a lot of money and took a few rounds of the car park to get a space!”

“Back in January 2014 I booked and paid for a week's short stay in June having booked a weeks's holiday flying from Aberdeen airport. Unfortunately I made an error on the return date when booking, putting a Saturday rather than a Sunday. This was purely my mistake, but in was very disappointed that 1. That I had to pay an excessive additional £22 on top of what would have otherwise been a very reasonable cost £40 & 2. There was total indifference & lack of sympathy from the car park attendant as to my problem. So this turned what would have otherwise been a good value for money and positive experience into once which was not.”

“Our flight was delayed by 4 hours due to fog - which took us over the period I had pre-paid. I arrived at Customer Services assuming I would have a whacking fee to pay and then to try and claim back. But no - no additional charge. Easy peasy!”

“Car park was a car park. It was fine. Receiving 3 emails a day asking to review it is not fine. Finally gave in and submitted a review in the hope it stops.”
