Was great pick up drop off ...sadly could nt find where I'd parked but that's me not you !!! Will use again as so easy

Parking was good , however the added priority security was poor, because I produced a flybe boarding pass I was told I should use the normal channel , I produced my parking ticket to be allowed through priority it made no difference in time spent getting through

The car park is conveniently located, but the cost of using it is very high...

It is disgraceful that the airport is now Charing a pound just to drop people off !i encourage others to avoid this by dropping off at the long term car park or other suitable place

So close to the airport and undercover. I would not have used this unless it was on special offer.

Fo,und the experience to be excellent, the only problem was my own fault. When I drove into the car park I was pleased to find the first space under cover was empty,when I returned it was to find that. because it was right at the edge, any wind would carry all the dust etc on to my car with the resultc it was completely covered and I had to clean the windows before I drove out. This will not deter me from using the car park again, just not that space. John

In hindsight I received the wrong ticket even though I pressed the prepaid button on entry to the car park. I found this out on attempting to exit on my return. On return putting my ticket into the machine I was informed that I owed £88.90. I entered the office building but nobody was available and tried to use the telephone, no reply. I noticed the example of the ticked which should have had a 5 figure number next to the barcode, which my one did not have. I then tried to speak to someone using the intercom, which lasted about 5 seconds then cut off. The same happened the next couple of times I tried. I moved to another barrier with success, only to be told that I needed my ticket. I returned to the barrier next to the "office" to retrieve it and I found it lying on the road. After another 2 attempts with a staff member, I finally managed to exit the car Park. Total time trying to get out was 45 MINUTES .

Entry registration system is good, parking spaces are wide for easy unpacking, etc, and proximity to airport building is great. For the eight day period the price was good when compared to taxi's versus convenience.
