“Bus collected us sharply from the car park and transported to airport terminal and vice versa at the end of our trip. Camera did not recognise our number plate and when we inserted the ticket, tried to charge us for the stay but this was quickly rectified by the adviser through the intercom at the barrier ad we were on our way. Pre-booking Price was very reasonable.”

“I pre purchased the stay, however the vehicle number plate recognition system did not work on arrival, hence I was instructed to take a ticket. On return to pick up my car, it took some time to eventually sort things out so that I could exit without having to pay £99 . I was not impressed, especially after having travelled most of the day to return home and having to deal with this unexpected issue.”

“Very simple to arrange and very handy for parking at the airport. Peace of mind when arriving home into the airport knowing that your car is under cover and only 30 seconds walk from the terminal door!”

“We were fortunate that spaces were more available than the last time I tried using this car park and also the bus to and from airport worked out okay. Based on this experience I would use this service again.”

“We enjoyed our time away so much that we couldn't quite remember where exactly we had left the car. As the weather was fine and we still had time before our payment ran out it didn't matter. In rain or snow it would have been unpleasant. How about a few poles with letters denoting each parking section? It would help some of your older or more forgetful clients!”

“When we returned, the battery on my car was flat. I asked the chap at the kiosk if he could help but really i was expecting to have to call the AA (and wait for hours!). However, both him and his colleague went well beyond what I expected and we had the car running in 20mins. I was absolutely delighted - the efforts they made were exceptional, they were polite and cheerful throughout and really did a top class job. Brilliant!”

“A good price for long stay parink in a very convenient location. For some reason my advance booking was not recognised when I tried to leave the car park, but a member of staff was able to sort things out quickly over the intercom available at the exit. I will certainly use this car park again.”

“Easy to book. Autumn deal was very good! Shuttle bus was waiting so no delay in getting to terminal building. Driver was very helpful with luggage. On return, phoned for shuttle bus which arrived promptly. Again driver was very friendly and helpful. Car park was well lit so finding the car was straight forward. Would definitely use the car park again and recommend it to friends.”
