“The purchase was a complete waste of money. I had the e-mail on my telephone and the woman had no idea what she was looking at. After lots of fumbling about she told me to go and get another boarding pass. Because she did not know what she was doing I ended up taking longer to get through that the people who did not pay for priority security. I eventually changed the image on my phone to scan my boarding pass and ended up going through priority security anyway (without proving that I had paid). Unlikely I will purchase again as it seems to add time, instead of saving it. Stewart”

“Extremely expensive - in my opinion the costs charges especially for picking someone up or dropping someone off is incredibly expensive - a good example of a monopoly in action. Shame on Aberdeen Airport.”

“I had to make a change to my flight returning a day later. I tried to do similar with my pre-booking for the car park but could not as the card i originally used had since been replaced with a new one and the online booking would not accept it. Therefore instead of the additional time costing me just £5 extra as an extention to the booking, i was charged the full rate of £22. Aberdeen airport benefits from a huge business contingent that use the car park and it would be prudent to help those regular users by reviewing the costs associated.”

“As ever car parking in airports is expensive. Combined with a distinct lack of options for public transport services to Aberdeen airport options for me who is based in Cults and Altens East is very limited. In saying that the car parking service works.”

“When leaving the car park and I put my ticket into the machine it indicated that I had to pay £58 even though I had pre-paid for the parking. I pressed the help button and it took someone approx 5 minutes to answer, they stated that I had to re-park and pay. After arguing with them they opened the gate. It was 23.00 and very heavy rain and I had my 2 year old son in the car and I found the whole situation frustrating and unorganised.”

“Booking and arrival is flawlwss. However, every time I have used the service, I get to the exit , insert ticket, get told I have yet to pay, press call button 30 sec later the attendant raises the barrier after verifying the booking is prepaid. Fix the bug please! It was not a one off occurrence.”
