“Although it was expensive to leave my car in the long stay overnight (just over 24 hrs) the booking system was easy to use, the parking was easy to find (good descriptions on the booking print out) and the bus system was great and exiting the car park was smooth.”

“Arrived at Long Stay Car Park and was told it was full and I had been "upgraded" to the Short Stay Car Park. Made for a quick exit on my return as did not have to wait for the shuttle bus !!”

“I nearly missed my flight as security is an absolute joke more like what to expect from 3rd world counties. To charge passengers £3 to bypass the inadequate and futile. Security is paramount to armed robbery. Sort your security and we wouldn't need to use fast track”

“Went during a busy a period so was hard to find a space, but my car was still there upon return which is always a plus. Not bad for the money.”

“The only problem we encountered was that the machine did not register the correct registration but on leaving we spoke to the person on duty and he adjusted our entry very easily. Much easier to book parking as car park was almost full when we arrived.”

“Service was excellent. For me as first time user, I wasn't sure what is the process at exit but bvery helpful staff assisted and explaine dwhole process adn what to look at my booking at ticket received at parking entrance. Overall excellent and would use threm again for that price.”

“I prepaid before going on a business trip as I would not be coming back until late so I thought this would safe me time. No I could not get out of the gate and had to pay again and now have to wait up to a week for a refund”

“Did what it said on the tin! No problems getting in or out, despite getting back 2 hrs late, which took us into an additional day. Reasonable cost, and no car problems. I would do it again.”

“When I went to leave I put my ticket in the machine and it wanted Money off me when I had already paid upfront. It took about 5 minutes for this to be sorted and was somewhat frustrating.”
