I prepaid before going on a business trip as I would not be coming back until late so I thought this would safe me time. No I could not get out of the gate and had to pay again and now have to wait up to a week for a refund

Arrived back into Aberdeen late Friday night, when I got to the barrier it would not let me out. I then had to reverse my car from the barrier and wait 15-20mins before being seen to by the attendant.

Barrier did not pick up my pre booking on arrival although I entered the car park using manual method and collecting a ticket. On arrival back to the airport, I went to the car park attendance office to sort out the issue with pre booking. Had to stand and wait 10 mins while the attendant worked on files before attending to my issue. Attendant addressed the situation and returned my ticket without explanation. The ticket operated the barrier to allow exit.

Machine did not recognise booking and man couldn't find it on intercom. Had to send two e-mails clarifying it would be ok to get out without having to pay again before got a reply as was arriving late at night. Bus was very slow in arriving despite many people waiting and late at night.

Your barriers chime/ computer did not allow me to exit. I had to return to a parking place and go to the parking qiosk. Time wasting on what could have been an excellent service

On entering the car park the ticket was not issued ,I then had to contact the customer hut to ask what to do. He advised he could not issue the ticket either but as I was in the time frame for the short stay it should be okay, so just push the ticket as normal. On arrival back at the car park the ticket asked for £166 I then had to re verse the car and go to the hut again. HE validated the ticket to allow me to get out without paying £166. Last time I used this facility it worked like clockwork, this experience is not what you need before you fly or return to the car park. The issue of issuing tickets needs to be resolved.

Price was attractive as I booked online in advance The computer system was extremely poor. As instructed I a) collected a ticket on entry, and b) as I was leaving I approached the exit gate and inserted my ticket. Instead of recognizing my car number plate and allowing me to exit, the system demanded payment of twice what I had already paid. It took the gate assistant a good 5 minutes to verify that I had paid and to let me exit - by which time there were 20 cars waiting to exit as another customer had teh same problem. If you are going to rely on number plate recognition technology at least make sure it works!!!!

A disappointment I had was that I had to go to the car park booth to confirm that my ticket would allow me to exit the car park. I had booked my stay on line the previous day but the system did not recognize me by name as it normally does when I entered the car park. Subsequently, upon my return, I was charged a far higher rate for parking until I had made the trip to the booth to correct it. This defeats the convenience objective of an on-line booking.

Booking online - good Entry - good Exit - abysmal. Even though I followed the instructions to the letter the exit barrier told me I had to pay the full amount. Pushed the intercom to be told it was busy. Ended up reversing back to to the payment office where I had to wait 5 minutes whilst various forms were checked and filled out. Not impressed.
