“First time user of long stay car parking. Very easy to book online - no problems re entry & parking. On departure we did have a problem however this was very quickly resolved by lovely lady on the phone. Definately use this service again.”

“It was good to find the car park, the system to recognize the number plate and let you in is amazing, fast and safe although there were not enough information about where exactly you can/cant leave your car, we were 100% sure about the spaces because it was some for motorbikes and for big cars.”

“We used the short stay car park and found it very satisfactory .we used the disabled parking bays as my wife has a disability, so it was ideal for her just across the road.we have already booked it for our holiday in September.”

“Everthing was fine apart from i didnt have a print out for my booking but i gave the attendant my booking no that i got from you and he wasnt sure but he let me through any way good carpark and car well looked after car park attendant could have a bit more knowledge on how everything works very happy with everything else thank you”

“Excellent value. No waiting for buses. We returned on a late night flight so really valued the fact we could just walk across the road and get in the car, rather than wait for a bus in the rain!”

“Easy access to the terminal but despite having booked and paid in advance, my car registration was not recognised on the way out and almost £200 was asked for by the machine. Luckily the staff on duty are very helpful and raised the barrier when I explained… Good that you get priority security included”

“Good price. No hassle just drive in and get space. We had to push the buzzer on way out as barrier didn't go up but only took a few seconds for them to check our reservation and raise the barrier. Would definitely do this again”

“This was booked through the web-site at what I thought was a good price, howefer on returnihg I was shocked on putting my ticket in the mach7ne 8n leaving, to find I a9parently owed over £168.00! Had it not been for a very helpful bus-driver of the shuttle bus, I would have been delayed for a lot longer, as there did not appear to be anyone in the office at the site. I think this left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as I was delayed getting back to my(disabled) wife, who was waiting patiently at the airport for my return with the car.”

“Sadly the barrier didn't recognise my registration meaning that I held the queue up, didn't get a priority pass so therefore didn't get my priority access pass for check in. On leaving I also had to go to the parking office - not ideal. The covered parking close to the terminal is great, but no covered walkway to the terminal does mean that it is likely you will get wet anyway. Altogether a bit disappointing and certainly not slick.”

“This lounge was a disgrace, a rip off and not as advertised on the website . . . very misleading. I emailed a complaint a week ago and I'm still awaiting an acknowledgement/response/refund. Speaks volumes really!”

“The parking was fine. However, my prepaid reservation had been lost on the system leading to a delay in exiting. The lady who helped me was very efficient and sorted it out as I had the receipt. Hoping this doesn't happen again this week.”
