Does exactly want you want. Easy to find and the bus is there waiting on you. on my return I picked up the direct telephone outside the Terminal and the bus was at the stand within minutes. A very simple process.

All good except for leaving the facility at the barrier. The barrier did not lift when I inserted the ticket and when I called the operator it took at least 4-5 minutes to do whatever needed to be done. It sounded like there was doubt that I had paid, when I had already paid online. That was the only thing that stopped me rating as VG.

All good except for leaving the facility at the barrier. Absolutely ridiculous price. How can a stay of less than 36 hours justify a cost of £25.99??? There was no transport from the car park to the terminal. Another case of Aberdeen Airport ripping off their customers.

Too quiet and the drinks weren't well stocked. Hardly any snacks to eat either. i felt like it was a waste of money.

The lounge has gone downhill since we used it last. There are now far less choice of savoury snacks on offer, there were empty bottles of spirits so we had to ask for them to be replenished on arrival, the reception staff were by far in a way the rudest I have ever encountered at a Servisair lounge. The greeting was non existant, my booking form was snatched from my hand and my 5 year old daughter was looked at like an unwanted object. There could only have been 6 or so people in the lounge at the time we arrived and with two members of staff on the desk I would have expected standards and the level of service to be far higher. For a fee just shy of £60 this was most definietly not value for money and I will not be booking this facillity again. It's a discrace.

I booked online and paid for the carpark. However, when leaving the carpark I was asked to pay. I had to give my name and inform the carpark attendant that I had already paid the fees. The information online was when I arrived at the gates, the cameras would register my number plate ( which I had given online) and on leaving the cameras would pick up the registration and gates would open but in this occasion it did not seem to work. Apart from that all was fine.

Great value for money. You can never complain when you get a deal that is cheaper than the long stay car park that is a bus ride away. Could of done with some more trolleys for moving the luggage though.
