“this was a very good deal and location is perfect, right next to the terminal. We got a space under cover which was excellent. There was no fuss or hassles, even with our plane being 30 minutes late arriving. Would highly recommend using the short stay parking for any trips.”

“Parking bays are too narrow. I always make sure I'm parkeked in the middle of the bay, but I struggle to out of my car without my door touching the car next to me. Although I always take a great deal of care to part responsibly and not to mark other cars when I open my car, I have returned to find my door has a ding or marks on it from being hit by other car doors.”

“The instructions given prior to arriving were not particularly clear. There was no instruction as to which area of the short stay car park I was to park in. Passport security has no record of my paying for priority security so I had to find the email on my IPhone to show them proof of purchase. When I went to exit the car park after a flight from NY + flight from Heathrow the machine displayed to me i was due £100+ for parking so I had to use the intercom to sort it out. The person I spoke to I couldn't make out what he was saying due to his accent but thankfully he managed to sort it out for me. All in all I wasn't impressed in the slightest with the service!”

“Car park was fine, spaces could have been slightly wider but everything worked well. Good bus service from the car park to the airport and the drivers were very helpful and friendly.”

“Very good, easy to find. Pre paid on line, pulled up to the gantry, scanned number plate and issued ticket. Bus runs every 10 mins which was free. Fought bus back. Checked at machine and went to gantry. Inserted ticket and left. There are shelters and machines in car park, and buses on time.”

“Was perfect,drove in parked the car ,as this was the first time we had used the Aberdeen Airport parking,I went to customer services just to check everything alright before we went away,the gentleman I talked to was very helpful and polite,I explained we had booked the parking online and was not sure about the ticket you get when entering the Car Park,I handed him the Receipt I printed off online,also the ticket from entry ,He explained everything alright ,Just keep your ticket and on your return after your holiday ,when departing from the car park put the ticket in the machine to open the gate.Excellent Service.Thanks.”

“Park OK but bays are a bit tight. Buses were regular. The cost was more than I would pay at Edinburgh - or is it that Edinburgh have more offers?”

“No difficulty finding a space. Courtesy bus was waiting so straight on. On return just missed the bus so phoned and waited only a few minutes for the bus to return to pick us up. Great service.”

“Camera didn't recognise my plate, we have to wait a while. Driving sense in the car park are weird: you choose a lane, you can't look for a park in the other one. We are overall satisfied, very good price for a indoor park next to the terminal. Thank you. FS”
