The transaction was very easy and straight forward. However, my flight was delayed overnight due to fog at Aberdeen Airport and this meant leaving the airport later than intended but still within the 24-hour period that was purchased. The machine then charged me £22 upon exit of the airport. I contacted the Airport parking by e-mail and they agreed to refund the additional sum but it has taken unnecessary hassle and wastage of my valuable time. best if these issues are ironed out at source.

I normally fly from Edinburgh or Glasgow with no hassles leaving the car park on departure . Aberdeen however I got to the gate with my car to be greeted with £156 bill and told to repark . Attendant finally answered the call button and lifted the barrier . But why this happened after I had already pre booked Is beyond me, as I never have any problems in other airport car parks .

Priority booking has been organized in advance and paid for by card .Even though all was confirmed for 1 day, after picking up the car a charge of 2 days was registered again on the credit card. There were 2 problems: 1 .Was charged again for a booking that was already paid online 2. For some reason 2 days were registered on the APCOA ticket although the car was picked up the second day (therefore 1 day charge should have been charged) 3.Trying to get in touch with the Airport Priority Car park Customer Service to report the issue ,no one answered the calls .An email was sent to the contact email address presented on the site and although was labelled urgent ,an answer has been received the next day .

The entry procedure is fine and easy. The exit procedure, is where I have issues! This is the second time I have used the priority section and each time I have issues of trying to exit the car park at the exit barrier. On both occasions I have pre booked the priority area in plenty of time to take advantage of the discounts. Each time at approaching the exit and inserting my ticket, the ticket is rejected saying that I have not paid the correct amount. Each time having to ring the help line, who after checking my details, etc, etc, raised the barrier. I travel a fair few times to the airport and going into Priority is a convenience but I will be thinking twice before booking again.

We arrived at the Long Stay car park at 4.30am and as we were walking towards the waiting bus (quite visible to the driver) he drove off! On return a few days later at 10pm we called the bus driver from the Long Stay phone outside the terminal and it took him 15 minutes to come - it was very cold and there was six people waiting one of whom called the driver again during that time. Expensive for a bad service!

When leaving car park put ticket in and it said I owed think it was about £86 I had already paid in advance so had to re-park car and go to the ticket office lets hope you haven't charged me twice as I haven't checked my visa statement yet as I'm overseas. This always happens when I leave the airport and it's enoying as I have to leave a child in the car to go and see about them letting me out of the car park this is about the 4rth time this has happened. No queues so not worth buying but real problem was being left at the back of the queue of the few people that were there.

Exiting car park is always time consuming. Just waiting for someone to answer the call to finding the booking then getting through. If you pre book in many other carparks around the world then the plate recognition camera is suffiecnt verfication to get thtough without having to contact an attendent

Although the cost of the package was competitive, it was completely inflexible. In my case, my wife came down with a stomach bug in Vienna, and we were delayed for two days. I tried to amend our return date on-line, but there was no way to do so. I also couldn't find a phone number to call. On returning, we were charged £21 for the extra couple of days, which I thought was a complete rip-off, and the person I dealt with at the car park was entirely unsympathetic to our plight.

Under staffed Over crowded Lack of selection of snacks Limited availability of wine, which was probably due to the lack of staff - those working didn't have time to replenish the stocks

the machine did not recognise the number plate when I left and I had to call an assistant

Extremely expensive - in my opinion the costs charges especially for picking someone up or dropping someone off is incredibly expensive - a good example of a monopoly in action. Shame on Aberdeen Airport.

I had to make a change to my flight returning a day later. I tried to do similar with my pre-booking for the car park but could not as the card i originally used had since been replaced with a new one and the online booking would not accept it. Therefore instead of the additional time costing me just £5 extra as an extention to the booking, i was charged the full rate of £22. Aberdeen airport benefits from a huge business contingent that use the car park and it would be prudent to help those regular users by reviewing the costs associated.

When leaving the car park and I put my ticket into the machine it indicated that I had to pay £58 even though I had pre-paid for the parking. I pressed the help button and it took someone approx 5 minutes to answer, they stated that I had to re-park and pay. After arguing with them they opened the gate. It was 23.00 and very heavy rain and I had my 2 year old son in the car and I found the whole situation frustrating and unorganised.

Easy entrance and exit with adequately sized spaces - a bit on the pricey side though.

The exit procedure ie.the requirement to have your ticket endorsed before exit removes most of the benefits due to the extra time it takes to stop at the office and then exit. Also the need to book two days when only one is required.

Ticket didn't work at barrier, very disappointing. Will investigate alternative parking options in future
