“The service met my requirements as I expected. I do think the cost for the time period is a bit expensive and had I not been able to claim on my expense account I would hesitate to use it as a paying customer.”

“only thing i was not happy with was. our london flight was cancelled to aberdeen so we could not travel home on the friday night as planned. ba put us up in a hotel in heathrow and on the sat morning flight to get us home on sat morning only to be told from carpark attendant that i had to pay a further £22 to get my car out of the carpark at no fault of my own. thought this could have been waved as it was not my fault that ba cancelled our flight”

“Convenient location with excellent bus link to terminal building. On return, the bus was there waiting & within minutes we were on our way home. Great service.”

“car park is well situated and have used before bus service to terminal is good and not long to wait both ends will use again and recommend to others”

“No issues with booking or getting into car park, getting stung an extra £22 because the flight was delayed by half an hour is a con. Will never use again, if I require to use a car park in future, will fly from Edinburgh instead.”

“Very simple to book and use. Good value too. Transfer times just a matter of minutes and the bus arrived promptly after request on return.”
