“got an upgrade to the short stay as there is no buses running before 4pm but it was a bit of a carry on getting the ticket validated on our return (just what you need after a long flight) there was 5 dayes to sort out any paper work before we returned there must be an easyer system.”

“Easy to book and the service desk were very helpful. An improvement will be to include instruction for the ticket on arrival on the website or confirmation email. This will prevent pressing the button for a ticket on arrival, which may often be the case for first time users, even though the instruction is on the machine. Most first timers will not look out for that instruction.”

“Worked perfectly. Arrived, took a ticket, found a parking space immediately. To exit, simply used the ticket as instructed, couldn't have been easier.”

“Very easy and convienient parking! So long as the 'weekender deal' is on I will continue to use the short stay weekender, as I am a frequent flyer.”

“Great price for weekend use of the facility. My return flight diverted to Glasgow which meant that I was many hours overdue by the time I retrieved my car. I was especially pleased that the extra fees incurred were waived. Thank you very much for that.”

“The deal and service is good but the reason I have marked it down is because we were delayed overseas due to ill health and I found it very difficult trying to contact Aberdeen airport car parking as there was no email address and I was unable to update the booking on-line. Have you ever tried ringing an 0845 number from the Caribbean and no one answered the phone.”

“Some of your customers cannot seem to park in the marked bays ,so using two spaces,leaving less parking areas.if the car park is pre booked,why can't a space be allocated.?”

“I don't think it is logical that one has to drive around the car park first, having to drive over all the bumps, looking out for pedestrians coming from the terminal before being able to enter the car park. Then one has to drive all the way through again, cause in most cases there is no covered car parking space, before one can park outdoor. It would be more efficient if there is a direct access to the car park once you got a ticket.”

“Generally good for the first time we have used priority parking. Couple of points. Was not really sure of the procedure for exit once we had been issued with our parking ticket. As we had payed in advanced we decided to insert the ticket in the payment machinebefore we left the priority parking area. Glad we did as we had incurred a £22 pound charge as our flight was diverted to Glasgow due to fog.- had to get a coach back to Aberdeen!. Glad we decided to check as we would not have been able to exit at the exit barriers. Think it would also be appreciated that for flights diverted to other airports which result in an unplanned extended car park stay the extra charge could be waivered. But this would need flight details being taken at time of booking. thanks”

“The road markings at the mini roundabout next to the kiosk are in need of redoing/clarification. The recent increase in weekender rates of 45% ++ is incredible!”
