Parking right on the doorstep which is a shorter walk to get to that the new baggage collection. . Being a grippy Aberdonian I resent being fleeced with the price doubling in the space of 15 minutes of looking to booking.

Signage could be better to avoid missing the entrance and incurring an additional charge for those of us who are easily confused at airports...otherwise perfect

I am an amputee and outward the lift would not work for boarding and had to be changed and it seemed obvious the operators were very unsure of exactly how the ambulance lifts were operated. on return my wheel chair was sent into the carousel instead of being put into the ambulance lift and my wife had to get an attendant to return it to me. on the lift there floor was wet and very slidey for people on crutches Again it was obvious the staff were struggling with the operating of the lift where as in Teneriefe the same operation was carried out absolutely hassle free and they were obviously handling a far greater amount of flights. It has been improved over the last year but the terminal area, after passing the security, if cramped and getting a bit of food more than a sandwich is not something you look forward to. "Taxfree" are looks very good and finally they got a security area that works, but the boarding tunnel system is probably one of the worst organized I have ever experienced.

Pre paid online via website for parking and on trying to leave the car park we realised the cameras had read our number plate wrong and we were forced to pay again to exit. We didn't have time to question it at the time due to babysitting issues but very disappointed.

Like the long stay car park, bus service excellent. However online service is awful as you cannot get in touch with anyone to make changes to booking. The phone number directs you to a number that rings then goes dead. Being a frequent flyer making changes to car parking bookings in advance should not be charged for, this is ridiculous, this has prompted me to return to taxi's rather than the car park as the cost gets too expensive for parking.

Very long check in time for back drop off leaving us no time for lunch or to enjoy a pre flight drink. Possibly an easy jet issue?

I stayed in the short stay car park, entry fine but couldn't get out as system had not managed to scan my number plate despite it being clean. 3 out of the 4 last times I have used either Priority or short stay parking I have not managed to get out of the car park without the assistance of the parking warden

Arrival no problem Returning from car had a few glitches - firstly, the mini bus took about 15 minutes to arrive; secondly, the phone to contact the driver wasn’t on the same lamppost as the signpost for the service; thirdly, we didn’t know that there stops in the car park where we could get off ; fourthly we found it difficult to find our way out in the dark as arrows on the road didn’t direct you to the exit but to other parking spaces

Arrivals baggage us horrible. 8 bags on our flight, as soon as they entered the hall the conveyor was stopped forcing everyone ti walk down to the end of the conveyor to pick up their bags. Very very poor u derstsnding of customer service. Conveyor should complete at least one complete delivery cycle.

I booked parking in the long stay car park for 30 hours. My only complaint was that when arriving back at the airport at the end of the trip, the long stay bus took approx 12 minutes from making the phone call from the bus shelter, to return to the terminal building. I had a young child with me, and temperature was below freezing. This seems a very long time considering the ca. 3 minute journey from the long stay car park to the terminal.

The parking facilities are good, however has become over priced. It is now cheaper to take a taxi from the city to the airport on a 2 day trip..
