“Very handy, easy to get to and leave. Didn't figure out how to get the Priority Security access which was supposed to be included in the price (and even with a significant discount it wasn't a low cost).”

“Handy location, a 5 min walk or very short bus ride. All went to plan. Number plate recognition worked first time. All very pleasing and just the way it should be, no hassle before long flight.”

“Very convenient for the terminal at Aberdeen Airport, the long stay car park has all the features to ease the traveller's burden - booking online, prices about average for such a facility, good directions and signposting to enable easy location, number plate recognition on entry and departure. Add to this a very helpful bus driver for the short trip to and from the terminal and it makes a winning combination.”

“The lounge was extremely busy and I had to wait for a seat. The food on offer only included a few biscuits and I noticed many people came in with their own sandwiches. Definitely not value for money.”

“Very simple and good value due to the special offer. Instructions given when I booked were straightforward. Maybe some sign with the same instructions could be on the security cabin? I looked around for some and couldn't see anything. I only looked because I didn't believe it could be as simple as described. Turns out it was.”

“I tried 3 times to enter the servisair lounge for which I had pre paid on line as I had a 3 hour wait in Aberdeen airport. On each occasion I waited more than 10 minutes and was not attended to. It would seem a women travelling alone is not important to your service. A disappointing service and a long and uncomfortable wait in the airport as the flight was further delayed. Absolutely not value for money in this instance, a total waste.”

“The long stay supposedly runs buses from 4am - do not rely on them actually sending a bus at 4am. The signs on the shelter say to wait in the shelter and the bus will arrive. It got to 4.10 and we had to use the intercom to ask where the bus was. It got to us 10 minutes later, even though it was sitting parked up when we arrived at the car park at 3.45am.”
