Very useful to have access as a long stay in the close to terminal spaces in main car park location - no bussing or delays , excellent Entry at gate (with a personal welcome) and exit from carpark all functioned and was efficient. Considered the best system seen yet for long stay customers especially when offers were exercised. Thank you for the system design. Don mackay MD Hydro Products Ltd

No lemonade in lounge pretty poor really. Lady on desk could have smiled. Seemed very unhappy to be working!

Car Park was pretty full so if possible a display advising available spaces in each lane would help driving around for 5 minutes trying to locate a space.

Just chilled for a couple of hours before our flight to Latvia. The drinks and snacks provided were awesome. Staff were very friendly.

We had pre-booked parking but still suprised when ticket machine knew our name as we arrived, plenty of spaces available and the courtesy bus was excellent. A Good Service

Excellant value and close to the airport terminal Some mornings I have to be there at 5.30am so I don't want to have to wait for a bus from the other car parks

No issues with the booking process or entry to the car park. My suggestion would be a better exit process - it seems as though you have number plate recognition cameras and I cannot understand why the exiting driver has to enter the ticket, remove it, press the communication button, wait, enter the ticket again and then get the all clear. The system employed in the BAA car parks around Heathrow works better; the cameras note the number plate; the system electronically confirms it's pre-paid then the gate opens. No need for ticket entry, no need for communications, just a 2 second wait and the barrier lifts.

I booked online and was charged more than it would have cost just to turn up on the day

Reasonable price for 8 day stay, half the price of having to use a taxi to get to and from the airport and a lot less hassle.

Only issue was the ticket did not work on exit and had to call for support. This is the second time this has happened to it is not a one off.

I would have said 'good' or 'very good' had the upgrade to short-stay from the long-stay car park have resulted in an easier task in terms of finding a space nearer to the terminal building itself. When I finally found a vacant parking space - it was almost as far away as the long-term parking and quite a way to walk.

I Use Prioity Parking quite a bit for several reasons I walk with a stick and find its location ideal, I like to keep our cars under cover as much as possible. One negative is that you have to either stop at the office to get a card to exit the car park or you have to push a buzzer to call someone who then sometimes hangs up and keeps you waiting "please sort this" Thanks

The entry procedure is fine and easy. The exit procedure, is where I have issues! This is the second time I have used the priority section and each time I have issues of trying to exit the car park at the exit barrier. On both occasions I have pre booked the priority area in plenty of time to take advantage of the discounts. Each time at approaching the exit and inserting my ticket, the ticket is rejected saying that I have not paid the correct amount. Each time having to ring the help line, who after checking my details, etc, etc, raised the barrier. I travel a fair few times to the airport and going into Priority is a convenience but I will be thinking twice before booking again.
