“Very good, especially the ability to purchase at the airport. Only area for improvement is that you have to purchase online when standing in a very very long queue for normal security - a ticket machine or a simple app would be extremely beneficial.”

“Good service and convienient. Expensive and could do with being under cover it took a while to remove snow and ice from the car before I could drive away, good job the plane was early or I would be charged for my time doing this essential job.”

“The entry barrier did not recognise my pre-booked registration number so I had to go to the customer services office and have the matter resolved, in order to ensure that I was not charged twice. The car park is good, well positioned opposite the main terminal and mostly under cover. However, like all Aberdeen Airport parking, it is very expensive.”

“Very pleased with the price of the stay but the instructions said take a ticket and use the ticket to exit the car park at the end of the stay but machine said we owed £184, had to go to kiosk stand in the cold at 11pm and wait for man to fill in forms and then give me a ticket that would work to get us out. BUT would use again at the same price.”

“It worked very well, and no extra time really suing the long stay parking, so i was very happy with this. Of course i will challange the cost of this, i payed around 44 GBP, for 5 days. For comparison a taxi from my house is around the same amount back and forth, so if i have to stay longer at parking, it is more ecomomical for me to take a taxi.”
