“We were absolutely thrilled with our stay as we were upgraded to the short stay car park at no extra charge. We just parked up and walked across the road. Wonderful service! We'll be back! Many thanks.”

“Booking was very easy online. Drove into car park, explanation on ticket machine for those who have prepaid was reassuring. Upon leaving car park, there was no hassles, barrier raised upon placing ticket in the machine. No more waiting at ticket machine to pay.”

“Long stay offered much better price at a time when the other car parks were obviously busy. Dropped our car, walked to bus stop and the bus came almost immediately. On our return, my partner waited to be picked up with luggage while I went to get the car. No long stay car park bus at terminal, but immediate response to using the bus stop phone - both with reply and then bus appearing. Very painless experience - hardest part was remembering where I'd put my ticket!”

“It is great arriving for a flight and having your car there on return but.................oh so expensive!! Really would have to think again before paying almost £40 for car parking for two nights!!”

“Good value for money but I have to have three attempts to get a ticket on the way in and then when leaving it stated that I needed to pay, the intercom system worked but the person kept asking me to put the ticket in then take it out again then after a good five minutes he says thar”

“The car park is very crammed, spaces very narrow, especially for large 4x4 vehicles, it is poorly signposted for exits, for both vehicle and pedestrians.”

“Easy to book on internet. Bus to transfer to airport (which just took a few minutes as very close) arrived immediately and when we phoned for it on our return it arrived immediately. A quick and efficient service. We would use again.”

“A very efficient and polite service. On a separate matter. I do think that passengers should be 'strongly' encouraged to uplift trays from post scanning/inspection area and move over to shelves/tables at the end of the inspection area 'before' restoring themselves i.e. boots, shoes, jackets, belts etc. Otherwise a bottleneck is created and others affected by waiting longer to pass through security, some of whom may not have much time to spare.”
