“Access instructions etc. all very clear and accurate. Standards of cleanliness etc. also very good. The only slight 'down' would be the availability of luggage trolleys within the car park, which when we arrived could have been better, and can easily be corrected by car park staff.”

“The price was great. The method of payment, online, was quick and conveninent. We arrived, parked, and later collected our car with no problem. The only issue I had was with the information on the website - or lack of information. The FAQ link does now work. Since it was my first time, I had no idea how the system worked, whether I would be mailed a ticket (or collect it somewhere since I booked pretty close to my flight date). I finally found out through a friend that at the barrier the cameras recognise your car number plate. So, the service itself it great, but the information about it needs to be sorted out.”

“Very convenient to park next to the terminal, no need for shuttle busses, which can take a while. Unfortunately the access to the car park from the terminal is badly hampered by some construction work. Would they please consider allowing better pedestrian access accross the roads, why were so many of the paths blocked by rails, as if intentionally making it veery difficult for pedestrians to cross, we had to climb over and under rails with our suitcases to get accross.”

“Although my booking was pre-paid, at the exit barrier I was asked to paid £52.?? Had to contact control room to point this out. Was asked to remove my ticket & re-enter. Still had request to paid again. The controller offered no apologies & just said "okay I will left barrier".”

“Good value parking, but the camera failed to recognise my number plate correctly and I had to contact your serive number to confirm that I would not be charged at the normal rate. Matters resolved at the out barrier, but you could have sorted it out so my ticket was valid for exit. Otherwise, very satisfied with the long-say parking.”
