“Priority parking is right next to the terminal which was great and provides covered parking. A covered walkway from the terminal would be a good addition to the service. The inclusion of Fast track security was a waste for my flight as the terminal was very quiet. Depending on your flight time it's not really worth the extra over the standard short-stay.”

“Good the cars are kept under cover. Good value for money. Very handy for the airport. No extra charge when plane was over 4 hours late in arriving!”

“signage at the airport was poor and confusing - no proper explanation of how pre paid parking was to exit the car park - I arrived at the barrier still uncertain as to whether I had parked din the correct place -”

“car was booked in at 5.30am but the day before the car broke down so i took my car and arrived early to make sure i was at the correct carpark. explained to the employee working at the desk the situation and was told it would not be a problem. he then said just park up now as you are a bit early but it would be ok. on returning from my holiday i was met with a bill for £800 pounds as they had no record of my booking and only after around an hour of arguing was my car released and i was charged £25 pounds for parking early. not what i wanted after getting of a flight and thinking it would just be a case of jump into the car with the kids and straight home. won't use that company again.”

“Booking was easy but frustrating that having requested a price for short stay the first price delivered was for long stay. I selected this in error assuming it was short stay and ended up having to amend my reservation. Suggest that if you offer users the option to select a particular option for pricing that you deliver only those results.”

“Normally I wouldn't consider the Short Stay car park due to the cost but the summer special offer was very reasonable and I am so pleased that we decided to take up the offer. It was so easy to use and park the car right opposite the terminal building. It was also so nice to just walk out the airport on our return and get in the car and drive off within 10 minutes, no hanging around at all. Great service.”
