Poor Service. On receipt of product which contained no instructions, I sent an email asking about how the string attachment was meant to be attached and what the 2 screws in the package were for. No response received and will haveto consider returning the product. No point marketing techy gadgets if you can't even get the basics right.

I've been buying abis projector home cinema packages for 8 years,I also have recommended there cinema packages to family and friends, I returned a projector on the 9th unopened unused and in time for a refund, still to this day I've no received a refund nor an email response, absolutely the worst service I've had of any company bar none, ombudsman asap.

Extremely bad customer service. Never knew were my order was and after 3 days of delay someone called saying they were at my door waiting to deliver the parcel. ABIS never offered any compensation

They sent a faulty projector that broke after 2 days, I have been trying to get the projector back for nearly a month, they don’t reply to e mails, they are just ignoring me.DO NOT BUY FROM ABIS Electronics! Poor customers service. AVOID.
I’m just worry now that they won’t send me the repaired projector back now.

I bought 2 hand dryers, one stopped to work less in less than 4 days. I called customer service to understand what should i do, send back or they send an engineer to fix it. I called more than 7 times per 3 days, sent 3 emails and never got an answer. Always asking for me to wait that someone will contact me, what never happened. Still have no answer or problem fixed.
