“Run a daycare and I love it it saves me lots of time with towels and use a paper towels saves me money”

“I love this hand dryer & I honestly get a lot of compliments about it. I put it in the bathroom of my salon & it works great. I don’t have to buy/waste paper towels anymore & I think it’s very energy efficient. I am very happy with my purchase.”

“I am happy with my purchase. The product is good itself and the customer support is very good as well. I needed VAT invoice after I ordered and sent them an E-mail. They sent it back in an hour and I loved how much they actually care about their clients after sales. This is hard to find these days.”

“The product was delivered exactly 1 day after I ordered. High quality build and a really solid motor indeed. Drying hands in less than 10 seconds. I have worked with hand dryers before and the thing with this one is that it is as good as any expensive ones but costs 10 times less than those. Lovely product.”

“I needed some help with the installation after I got it delivered so I called the number provided. It was very prompt and they recorded an instructions video for me and sent It for my reference which was exactly what I needed. I haven't experience better customer support than this. You can choose them confidently.”

“I purchased the Chrome color and it looks really elegant and good. As far as the hand dryer's specifications are concerned, it is hard to find such specifications at this price. Hands dry typically in 8-10 seconds as advertised by them and I don't need Paper Towels anymore helping me save a lot of money over the cleaning costs. The hand dryer is a great bang for the buck and will give you everything that you need from a hand dryer.”

“Excellent service by these chaps. I ordered their Excel-9 hand dryer, shipping was within 24hrs after my order was placed on their website. Love the dryer, was easy to install. This came with 2 plugs, one being and additional plug for European countries. The packaging and product contents inside the package are also very high end. Fast dryer love the performance. Highly recommend ABIS.”

“I bought 2 hand dryers, one stopped to work less in less than 4 days. I called customer service to understand what should i do, send back or they send an engineer to fix it. I called more than 7 times per 3 days, sent 3 emails and never got an answer. Always asking for me to wait that someone will contact me, what never happened. Still have no answer or problem fixed.”

Dear Erico, We sent you multiple emails and left over 3 voicemails, we still had no reply. Your dryers returned to us all safe. After the dryers were received in our warehouse, one of our in-house engineers tested all your dryers carefully and found no fault at all. However, we do care about our clients. We have therefore sent you brand new replacements of the dryers regardless of the miss communications. You left this review while we were still dealing with your query without even giving us a chance of looking into this issue for you. A client usually leaves a review after completion of a service, it is slightly unfair of leaving a 1 star review for us while the issue was still pending. We were trying to get in touch with you unsuccessfully on each occasion and we still managed to solve your queries successfully. We tried contacting you again on numerous occasions either to help us understanding your reasons for your review, but again no reply from your side on each occasion. I hope you understand the situation and look back to amend this review for us which would only be fair. Many thanks Customer Relations ABIS Electronics
