“I stay in Singapore and am glad that Abloomnova delivers to my country. At times the products are out of stock but we can always go via the back-order route, the key is to be patient and the Abloomnova team tries their best to meet the orders (sometimes can take quite long so suggest to plan ahead and order in bulk first). A recent order left me heartbroken as the products came damaged with missing items as well as errorneous products in my package. Nonetheless the team communicated with me promptly to replace the items. Would like to comment that the team (Zane and Anita) are always prompt in their response even tho its via email. Will continue to support them hope that they bring in a wider range for Maria Galland products 😊.”

“Livraison très lente, j'ai commandé le 16 janvier et je n'ai pas reçu le produit. Au début la livraison estimée était le 2 février, ensuite l'estimé était quelques jours plus tard. Depuis une semaine on ne met plus d'estimé. Le colis est bloqué depuis le 28 janvier,”

“I'm always pleased with my Guinot products and they're quite good value..however I was shocked to have had a bill for customs fee following my last order. I realised that having spent more than 135.00 it was subject to this..so not quite so good value after all. I'll remember this next time!”

“I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always been impressed by the value and quick delivery. However, during the past year, I have experienced a noticeable decline in availability, delivery costs and time of delivery. It appears that shipments are now through the Netherlands resulting in higher costs and poor delivery. I am now seeking another supplier.”

“They are no longer in UK so you will be charged extortionate fees for arrival in UK almost £100 for me. So I had to leave as cannot afford that on top of a cost where savings minimal. Used to be ok but now really poor”
