“Livraison très lente, j'ai commandé le 16 janvier et je n'ai pas reçu le produit. Au début la livraison estimée était le 2 février, ensuite l'estimé était quelques jours plus tard. Depuis une semaine on ne met plus d'estimé. Le colis est bloqué depuis le 28 janvier,”

“You have great products but the international postage service to Australia has gone backwards. Orders over 50 pounds used to have free postage and would arrive here in 7-10 days. Now you charge for standard post and the orders are lucky to get here within 21 days. Something has changed and it is not good for online shopping.”

“The product itself is good but the pump isn't connected to a tube so I can't pump my cream out of the bottle.”

The Dr. Spiller pumps work on a vacuum, they do not have a long plastic tube inside the bottle. Once you start pumping, the bottom of the cream starts to come up and therefore pushes the cream out (this happens on the inside and can't be seen from outside). Sometimes there is some air left inside, that is why it can take longer for the cream to start coming out. If you could please screw the top on tight, and then try to pump about 20-30 times, the cream should start coming out.
