“I Appreciate having a used parts supplier available for outdoor powersports equipment. The hub I bought was a good part, it did show a bit of the same signs toward the type of brake failure that had destroyed my Housing. I am still waiting on a parts request or :"reply" for a Cylinder Head to fit on a 2014 Ranger 570 EFI.”

Hi Brooke, Thanks for your review. I'm glad that the hub met your approval. As for the parts request "reply" for the cylinder head for your 2014 Ranger 570 EFI - Al (our fantastic parts guy) sent you a reply stating that we did not have one on January 30th @ 10:08 am, I still have the email in our sent folder. Al suggested that you try - partshotline.ca, which is very good of him as it will give you all the salvage yards in Canada. This is our general response to everyone that we can not help with parts...this way our customers can find the parts that they need with another salvage yard instead of us. Perhaps the reply went to your spam/junk email box. Shannon

“I entered the year and make of my machine on the website, when I received the product it could not fit the machine, because it was not the right year. I am not happy about this and the fact that I was expecting an item that (even if used) would be remotely clean...however this item had dirt and debris all over and inside it. Color me not impressed, not to sure if I would recommend your company to anyone.”

Hi Wayne, Thank you for your review! We are always willing to help our customers. If you could reply with the VIN, year and model of your unit, we will try to find you the headlight socket for your machine. If we are incorrect on our parts, we have a policy that we follow - so, there may be a full refund including the shipping available for you. We are the first to realize that if the previous owner had performed modifications to 'make it work', then these parts will not fit on the intended OEM fitment guide. As for the part being dirty... it is a used part, pretty hard to clean it without damaging the prongs in the electrical fitting. “Ordered a part it was shipped quickly. I wish on somethings you could write down the lengths. The web site said it would fit my machine, but no luck. It was 2" to long. Half my fault I guess for not confirming first. Maybe next time.”

“Got the part as described an in a timely fashion. I ordered and fuel pump and they couldn't confirm the quality of the part because they had not tested it prior to adding it to their inventory. I have yet to install it so I haven't been able to confirm if this item is in good condition.”

“The transaction was smooth. Bought a battery box for 400ex. Was missing the metal strap to hold the battery in. Would have been nice to know that. Was disappointed when I got it. $15 or part, $15 for shipping.”

Good morning! I have looked up your customer order for the battery box. The part is exactly as described and pictured. We take pictures of the exact parts that are listed on our website, that way our customers know what they are buying. “Order was shipped quickly and arrived as promised. Only issue I have is that the part didn't have the speedo key although it was in the advertised picture. So now I have to search for that part separately.”

“Hi, I just gave you 3 stars because the cable seemed to be pinched and the shipping was way to expensive. It doesn't take $14 to a letter from Alberta to BC. I'll give the cable a try and see how it works. Thanks Jan”
