“Prompt and efficient delivery. The product is satisfactory quality. What stopped this being a 5 star review was the packaging. The item ordered was no bigger than my thumb nail but was ridiculously packaged in a polythene bag, which was easily as big as my hand, then in a padded jiffy bag which was bigger still and then finally in another plastic bag. I'm not surprised P+P was £6! Far be it for me to offer advice to a business but the item could have been put in a tiny amount of bubble wrap and sent in an envelope with a 2nd class stamp on it, all for a fraction of the price.”

Hi Ben, thanks for the review but sorry you felt the product was over packaged. Just to clarify, we cannot send products out via 2nd class post as there's no insurance if the item goes missing and we need to make sure the item doesn't arrive damaged. I realise your order was a very small product but we still need to make sure you receive it. £6.99 is quite normal if you were to send something out recorded delivery so paying £6.99 for a next day courier that you can track is a good deal! “This is the first time I've bought through AC Audio Online (or heard of them...sorry guys!). Rang them for advice / help before ordering; they rang back promptly with the info and gave me an estimated delivery time - turned out to be spot on. Goods arrived on time, well wrapped and in good condition; and were exactly as described. Very pleased with good and service. Will buy again from AC Audio.”

Hi Dave First of all, apologies for the mix up/ confusion with the lead times on this item. The item you ordered had a lead time of '2-5 working days' and was not in stock. Anything in stock clearly states 'In stock and ready to ship'. Due to an issue with the courier it arrived on the 6th working day. Unfortunately deliveries can sometimes be delayed as they're in the hands of a courier service. We pride ourselves on giving excellent customer service (as you can see from the amount of 5 Star reviews), however delays do happen and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thanks, AC Audio

“As a first time user of AC Audio I was instantly impressed by their level of service, from point of placing order to receiving goods. Apart from the usual email confirmation I received a pdf invoice, tracking advice and after goods were delivered, a paper invoice. Also their prices were very competitive. I would have no hesitation in ordering from AC in the future, I've not tested their after sales service but all indications point to a customer centric company. Well done to all!”
