“Friendly, helpful advice over the phone from sales exec Kay Wilkinson who appreciated that I needed a new microphone urgently and took immediate steps to expedite my order. “I was only purchasing a microphone cable but just needed reassurance I had the correct information. The lady on the phone was very good I believe her name was Jane Atkinson ( not sure) very pleasant went through it all with me, a good shopping experience. Cliff Dennis”

“Chose AC audio as their pricing was competitive. Wanted to be able order and collect a mixer from the warehouse in High Wycombe rather than have the item delivered. A quick phone call to the Leeds office, and things couldn't have been easier! The helpful lady put a marker on my order, and collection at the warehouse was really straight forward. Will definitely buy from these guys in the future.”

Rang them for advice / help before ordering; they rang back promptly with the info and gave me an estimated delivery time - turned out to be spot on.
